1,000 Give Lively member nonprofits now use our free Salesforce integration
This month, we registered the 1,000th member nonprofit using our free Salesforce integration, accounting for a healthy proportion of our 9,000 active members.
Available on Salesforce’s AppExchange, the 'Give Lively for Salesforce' app offers a first-class, five-star, native integration that is fully compatible with Salesforce's Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and automatically syncs Give Lively data to Salesforce on an hourly basis.
While Salesforce can be a paid service, our Give Lively integration is free to install, free to use and helped along by technical implementation specialists, who can assist with onboarding and troubleshooting as part of our free, comprehensive customer support. This is in keeping with our commitment to fundraising technology that is free for nonprofits.

Give Lively for Salesforce app
Salesforce is a leading cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform used by many nonprofits. We developed our own Salesforce integration to sync donor and donation details and other data fields associated with Give Lively-powered campaigns, events and peer-to-peer and team fundraisers.
Importantly, the sync also includes custom fields for unique Give Lively data points such as third-party transaction fees, and custom objects for ticket purchases and ticket tiers.
“We know extremely well – often from personal experience – how critical it is to maintain data continuity between our records and nonprofits’ internal CRMs. That’s why we took the time to build and carefully test our own native Salesforce app,” said Jonathan Lin, Give Lively’s technical solutions architect. “Now nonprofits can see donations, campaigns, events, fundraisers and more without leaving their Salesforce org. The goal is to save time and effort by avoiding data shuffles between systems.”
With that in mind, we also have an integration with Zapier, a software company that automates connections between apps. The Zapier integration allows nonprofits to connect Give Lively to 6,000+ other web services, including other CRMs like HubSpot, Little Green Light, Zoho, Boomerang and more.
Free Give Lively customer support for Salesforce
The Give Lively team includes Salesforce integration specialists who work directly with member organizations to install, configure and troubleshoot the app. The specialists include someone with experience as a Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, having worked for and trained at Salesforce, and spent time as a product manager and system administrator in both the for-profit and nonprofit domains.
