What if I can't find my bank in Plaid to donate via ACH/direct debit?
You may have to search the Plaid system for your bank. When you're going through the donation process via ACH and you get to the page listing banks, click, "Don't see your bank? Search instead". Then type in your bank name. If you still can't find it, you will have to choose another payment method, like credit card.
