What if I lose the claim code to access the Giving Basket donor data portal?
Until you register for access to Giving Basket donor data in the Reports Portal, you will receive a claim code with every lump-sum check mailed to you. It will be the same claim code for six months from the time the first check is sent. After every six-month period, that code will expire and a new code will be issued. You will stop receiving codes once you have registered and you will not need to remember it; once you use your claim code, you can forget it.
