In this article, we refer to a new "Data Reports" link in the left-hand navigation bar through which donor data can be seen as an on-screen report and downloaded as a new, expanded CSV export. At this time, you can also still download current donor data in the old CSV format from the Nonprofit Admin Portal dashboard.

Walkthrough
The Nonprofit Admin Portal is where you manage all of your online fundraising using Give Lively technology.
Here is where you build a Campaign Page or an Event Ticketing page and manage their features, set up Peer-to-Peer Fundraising, download donor data and much more.
Brief Nonprofit Admin Portal tour
In the vertical left-hand navigation bar, you’ll see a number of options (top to bottom):
- Dashboard: Get a link to your Core Profile, quickly review some fundraising stats, export your donor data, connect to Stripe and see your recent campaigns, text codes and events.
- Core Profile: Update basic information about your organization's name, mission statement and website. Enable options such as Peer-to-Peer Fundraising.
- Campaign Pages: Set up and manage special pages created for specific fundraising initiatives. “Active” and “Closed” tabs display current and past Campaign Pages, respectively. A search tool returns results only within a tab. Search results include the desired term, whether it is all or part of a word or phrase in the campaign name or slug.
- Donation Widgets: Set up what you need to embed a fundraising widget in your website.
- Text-to-Donate: Create unique text codes for mobile giving.
- Event Ticketing: Create and manage event pages and tickets. “Upcoming” and “Past” tabs display future and past events, respectively. A search tool returns results only within a tab. Search results include the desired term, whether it is all or part of a word or phrase in the event name or slug.
- Peer-to-Peer Fundraising: View and manage your Peer-to-Peer Fundraising pages. “Active” and “Closed” tabs to choose among current and past fundraisers, respectively. A search tool returns results only within a tab. Search results include the desired term, whether it is all or part of a word or phrase in the fundraiser name or slug.
- Team Fundraising (Beta): View the Team Fundraising pages that have been set up in support of your campaigns. Use the search tool to find campaign by name or slug.
- Data Reports: This has as many as four sub-categories, depending on whether a nonprofit has received donations through the Giving Basket:
(1) Line Items (All) - This opens an on-screen report in the Reports Portal with a summary accounting of donor data from all Give Lively products, as well as donations received through Charity Navigator’s Giving Basket (if any). This sub-category, currently in open beta, includes donors’ names (when not anonymous), donation dates, amounts and frequencies, and much more.
(2) Line Items (Giving Basket) - This opens an on-screen report in the Reports Portal with a summary accounting of Giving Basket donations only, including donors’ names (when not anonymous), donation dates, amounts and frequencies, and more. This sub-category only appears for nonprofits that have received donations through the Giving Basket.
(3) Transfers - This opens an on-screen report in the Reports Portal with summary donation data from contributions disbursed via direct deposit, including transfer IDs, amounts and dates, transfer status and more. This sub-category only appears for nonprofits that have received donations through the Giving Basket.
(4) Checks - This opens an on-screen report in the Reports Portal with summary donation data from contributions disbursed via check, including check number, amount and date sent, mailing address, mailing status and more. This sub-category only appears for nonprofits that have received donations through the Giving Basket. - Settings: Home to one sub-tab -- "Organization Settings" -- a page with two menu items:
(1) Users - Add users to or delete them from the Nonprofit Admin Portal, and see which of your fellow account administrators have confirmed their email addresses, an important step to maintain security.
(2) Integrations - Connect with third-party services, like Salesforce, PayPal and Double the Donation.
Also, at the top of the Organization Settings page you will also find your nonprofit's EIN, Stripe account number (the one connected to Give Lively) and the date your nonprofit became a Give Lively member. - Help: This has two sub-categories:
(1) Support Center: Visit our central clearinghouse of information for nonprofits, fundraisers and donors.
(2) Contact Support: Review best practices about how to contact our customer support team.
Across the top of the Nonprofit Admin Portal, you’ll see the following (left to right):
- the name of the page you're on in the Nonprofit Admin Portal
- the full name of your nonprofit
- your login email address: Clicking on this reveals a link to your User Portal and the link to "Sign Out". Note that the User Portal is where you can edit your personal donor account and manage any donations you have made. When signing in to your account, you will always be taken first to the Nonprofit Admin Portal from which you can connect to the User Portal
- "What’s New” button (Dashboard page only): Just below your login email address, click this to visit our Changelog, a running log of new releases, improvements and fixes to Give Lively features, products and solutions.
